I had been looking forward to this past Friday for a long time. I just knew how much heart and love that would be surrounding Mollie & Kyle for their Cook-Rutledge Mansion wedding in Chippewa Falls. This past winter Mollie & Kyle went on a little weekend getaway to Las Vegas to beat out the cold and enjoy each other when Kyle proposed! So, when they came back they were so excited to start planning their day and I was so lucky to be in on all of the little details from the moment Mollie came home!
The day started off breezy and cool, a true October day. You could really smell it in the air, feel the leaves crunch under your feet and it was true perfection with the autumn sunlight streaming through the fiery changing leaves. Mollie & Kyle arrived separately to the mansion, with Mollie getting ready in the warm corner room upstairs and Kyle and his guys quietly getting ready in a back corner room. There was a buzz in the air, for that moment when Mollie would descend the stairs with her dad and for them to round the corner to see Kyle for the first time. I was so excited for them both.
It was truly a wonderful day that I am so happy that I could document for them! Here’s wishing them many, many years of happiness and joy. I had the best time with you two!
