It’s always the 3rd weekend in July – people come from near and far – they make that pilgrimage home to take in the tastes, sights, sounds and fun of Ladysmith’s Northland Mardi Gras. It’s four days of the best Ladysmith has to offer and I can already smell the cheese curds and taste the lemonade – you know that exact stand near the entrance (my personal favorite….). In addition to those yummy cheese curds many folks took in: the Venetian night parade, the water fights, basketball tournaments, volleyball, golf, 5K run/walk, car show, craft show, farmers market and much, much more! Just in case you didn’t make it this year… you can sit back, relax and take it all in. Until next year….
