Christy Janeczko Photography retains the rights to all images. It is illegal to scan, copy or reproduce the images taken by Christy Janeczko Photography without explicit written permission. Any time, you left or right click, make screen captures, illegally scan and illegally print at home or in retail locations you are devaluing and reducing the quality of said image or work, it is also illegal and punishable by law.
sessions + rescheduling information
Session fee + contract are due within 7 days to secure date for your session. Sessions may be rescheduled at the discrepancy of the photographer due to inclement weather conditions (ie: rain, blizzard, below zero temperatures). A determination on whether there will be a shoot with any of the above conditions will be made the evening before or the morning of the session.
One non-weather related session reschedule is allowed, 24 hours notice to the photographer is required. A no-show, no-call or more than one session reschedule forfeits your session fee and is non-refundable.
payment + delivery
All sessions must be paid for in-full two weeks prior to the session date, if in an instance the session is booked in less time than the two week time frame it is to be paid in-full at the time of booking. Cash, check and credit card are accepted. Payments may also be made toward sessions, wedding coverage and products. All products, prints, digital negatives and services must be paid for in advance of ordering + delivery. Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.
There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
online galleries + ordering
6-8 weeks following your session a password protected online gallery will be posted containing the images from your session. Online galleries expire after 30 days. If an extension of your online gallery is required to make additional print and order choices a $25 fee is applied for 15 additional days. All gallery images are archived for one year, all ordered images are archived for two years and the remainder of images are deleted.
