I had the pleasure of spending another evening with this lovely couple before their big day this July for a sweet Bloomer engagement session! You might remember Brooke & Mike from a few months ago from their snowy engagement session at the Ice Age Trail in New Auburn. Since our session was so chilly earlier in the year and we literally got ‘snowed out’ because the snow was so wet and heavy and well, it ended up with us girls going home with sopping wet hair… we decided that once the blossoms were out on the trees we would meet up again for a little sweet session around Bloomer to put some spring in our step!
First I just have to say that these two are some of the most lovely folks I’ve ever met and I am so excited about their wedding next month, they’ll be getting married at Ferguson’s Orchard and Brooke has been sending me little snippets here and there as to what she’s planning and let me see some of her inspiration and I just know it’s going to be a gorgeous summer wedding with tons of fun for their guests. They’re pulling out all the stops!
So, can you say mosquitoes? When you scroll down you’ll see that they really didn’t dampen the evening but behind the scenes we were spraying ourselves silly with bug repellent and swatting them away – in fact we could hardly talk by the end of the session at the lake that we literally said ‘hey, let’s not chat, let’s save ourselves from being eaten and I’ll e-mail you’ they are THAT bad this year. WOW! But…. you totally can’t tell because these two are head-over-heels for one another <3 <3 and I hope you two had a fantastic date at Dairy Queen afterwards! See you in just over a month!
