hunter’s rainy spring puddle session | bloomer, wi kids photographer

This session kept getting postponed due to our late spring, buckets full of rain and chilly days but the perfect day just seemed to roll around for Hunter’s rainy spring puddle session.  See, this fella here he LOVES puddles and kept uttering the little word ‘uddle’ throughout the whole session, he was just so excited that he had his little rain boots on all ready to jump and splash in the puddles.  When I asked his mama if she wanted any shots of him hanging out in the grass before he got wet, she just said – he wore his rain boots just for this reason – to splash and play around.

I still remember so vividly shooting Hunter’s newborn session about oh 17 months ago, so sweet and tiny and now he’s grown into a sweet little toddler who loves to be outside and loves to help mama and daddy.  I’m so happy that I could capture more milestones in his life (oh and he and little L played a bit after the session in our living room and had a grand time!  It’s so nice to see that even though they’re months apart they play so nicely together.  I think she was maybe a bit jealous she couldn’t play in the puddles too!)

Enjoy some of Hunter’s springy puddle jumping…. now if it could just warm up so we could play outside without long sleeve shirts everyday!
