Putnam Park Engagement Photos
Back in August of 2013, Bailey, a sophomore at UW-Eau Claire had volunteered to help the freshman on move-in day at campus. Little did he know that the first person he met that day, he would marry. See, she was the first person he saw and he thought she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Bailey helped Jenna move in and well, things just fell into place after that.
Bailey proposed to Jenna by asking her to be ready for a date by 5:00 pm. See he had planned on reliving some of their favorite dates. They started out at the budget theater in Eau Claire, then a concert at The Cabin on campus (where they used to go when neither of them had cars in college) and then they walked over to Putnam Park… just steps behind where they met for the very first time. That is where Bailey asked Jenna the most important question – right under the stars on a little ridge above the river.
These two love movies – whether at home or at the movie theater but you might also catch them at their favorite restaurant, a coffee shop or out for a walk. And, these two have some big news! Both of them just graduated from UW-Eau Claire and Bailey accepted a job in Oshkosh as a high-school math teacher. So, they’ll be spending the summer planning their wedding and exploring a new city together hand-in-hand.
I enjoyed my time with these two so very much and I cannot wait to document their day next June at Lake Wissota Golf Course… almost a year to the date that we took these photos at Putnam Park where Bailey proposed!

I ADORE this shot of Bailey & Jenna!
